We only work with manufactures that stand behind their products. Should you receive something that has a manufactures defect we are happy to replace it or return it for a full refund.
How to Return an Item:
If there is a manufactures defect with any of the items you ordered and you would like to return it, please follow these steps:
Cancellations:
Yes, we allow cancellations but only if the item has not yet shipped. You have 3 days from the date of purchase to cancel your order. If you would like to cancel an order, please send an email to us at customersupport@designboxdc.com. We will respond via email within 24 hours.

- Send us an email at customersupport@designboxdc.com with the order number, your name, and reason for return..
- We will assist you with the return process from here. Return policies and procedures differ by brand, so we make it our duty to make sure your return goes smoothly.
- We will arrange a pick or exchange of the defective item.
- Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected and your refund will be issued. The refunded amount will be credited to the card that was used for the purchase.
